Revenue grows from INR 300 Million to INR 720 Million in this period. Obtained Approvals from BSNL,RDSO,PGCIL,TATA,RELIANCE,IDEA,BHARATI AIRTEL,AIRCELL ,DEFENCE and many more.Developed many cables from 2F to 288 F for all Business Segments Like, Private Telcos,Public Sector, LAN, NLD, Oil and Gas, Railways etc.Exported Cables to UK,UAE,South African Country and other European country.Promoted three times in Seven Years of Servies.

Created New Facility for the Manufacturing of Optical Fiber Cable. This was a Green field project. Developed Plan and Procedure for new company.Enhanced Production Capacity from 100000 FKM to 500000 FKm. Added New reputated Customer likeAirtel, Tata Tele Services and Reliance Industry in the company portfolio.Many New cable developed through innovative design and Development for Defence, Reliance communication and Oil & Gas Sector. Trained many professional for Cable Manufacturing ,Design & Development. Visited Europe for Cable Exhibition at Germany and for Business Developement at Switzerland.

As a project Manager, Instrumental for constructing New cable manufacturing facility for the Joint vnture compamy Lucent Technology USA and Finolex Cables Ltd,Pune India. Visited Lucent Technology for Training and Technical Know-how for Optical Fiber Cable for the period of 3 months. Installed and commission New Cable manufacturing plant in a record time of two and half month. Developed Plan and Procedure for new Industry. Taken Training for LEAD Auditor for ISO-9000 QMS. As a Management Representative conducted many Survelliance Audit successfully. As a QA Manager , obtained many approvals from BSNL,AirTel,Defence , PGCIL and other telcos. Supplied cables to South African countries like Sudan. Trained the team of Enginner's and Supervisor for Manufacturing and QA.

Joined Optel as Executive Engineer and promoted twice to a level of Deputy Manger. At Optel Telcommunication,My experience was mainly with Project,Erection & Commissioning of Cable Plant,Production of Cable,cable Design and Development, Vendor Development,Technical and Marketing work, Visited Furukawa Electric Co. Japan for Business Development. Developed indeginiously a Tactical Cable for Defence ( 21 Signal Core)which was imported earlier at a very high cost. Developed Many other cables like Armoured Cable First time in India for Railways. Cable for Power Grid , Gas Authority of India Ltd and for DOT.
