RESPONSIBILITIES:- Overseas Project renovation and Maintenance for all Boutiques & F&B outlets included outstation.- Monitors the overall progress of the project and takes corrective action where necessary.- Ensure quality meets Melium's expectations.- Ensure project is constructed in compliance with drawings, specifications and project schedule, budget, and quality guidelines.- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with landlords,consultants & subcontractors.- Ensure the documentation and archiving of project activities, deliverable, tools and findings for use in future projects- Researches information and site visit on new coming malls with immediately boss.- Compiles and organizes information to develop the final proposal.- Complete project timeline; establishes a work flow schedule.- Coordinates and attend site meeting with project for takeover site & pr- opening Inspection.- Capable to bargain pricing with the contractor on small project.

Experience :- Prepare Periodical progress reports to project director.- Familiar with Interior design and fit out.- Monitor submission and approval of the landlords. - Visit clients to ensure all works and rectification are in order to fulfill client satisfactions.- Monitor site management and control daily work progress, until the site satisfactory handover. - Deliver accurate and timely reports and communication on projects, project schedules and budgeting.- repair and maintenance schedules with boutique management, directors, security and landlords as required.- Supervise all repair and maintenance operations for Boutiques as well as other miscellaneous projects as required from other departments.
