- Perform fittings across various garment product lines such as knitwear, woven dresses, denim, etc. Inspect garment workmanship to ensure that TOP (top of production) samples meet the specified quality standards.- Provide technical advice to suppliers, review, and approve product workmanship.- Arrange inspection bookings and expedite urgent inspections with vendors.- Review final inspection reports to determine approval for shipment.- Monitor vendors' bulk fabric and trim testing reports according to protocol and onboarding requirements for fabric and raw materials.- Generate defect reports and grade vendors based on performance.- Approve vendors' raw material submissions and collaborate with testing labs to update protocols as necessary.- Conduct vendor visits and maintain relationships across mainland China.

- Work across the sales and technology teams, drive and provide apparel customize service to corporate company and end users.- To discuss with clients on their design from visual turn into physical samples. strictly in time management and efficient to prioritize order to fulfill the timeline.-Coordinate the supply chain along and project management from the raw materials sourcing overseas, production team, factory to achieved costing, deadline/ fabric/ materials and aesthetic goals for end user and agent clients.-Provide quotation to customers according to their inquiry and ready designs. -Daily operations company’s online store on Shopee platform including the procurement and development of product, return and refund, inventory control, customer service for online shop inquiry, tacking parcels and other assistants from clients.-Manage relationships with end customers, ensuring production performance drives company profitability. Coordinate closely with factories to maintain timelines and deliver on commitments.

Taiwan

- Role of product developer to select suitable fabric , trims and materials to meet technical requirements and budget.- Review garment construction and translate buyer’s BOM/ spec/ tech pack into Chinese for samples.- Traveling to factories join on-site meetings with designers and the team; provide solutions to clients when there is a gap between visual artwork turning into physical samples.- Handle day-to-day problems and ensure production timely delivery. Coordinate with factory regarding production schedule and monitoring lead-time, mock-up approval, sample approval status, and tracking shipping status to ensure all schedule is on track.

Taiwan

- Liaise with buyer for costing, order commitment, delivery and surcharge. - Coordinate with factory about production lead-time, mock-up and sample approval management, shipping status and solving production problems.- Review buyer’s BOM and translate construction with garment technical knowledge. - -Keep an eye on lab testing result to ensure raw materials quality reaching international criteria. - CRM system data maintenance e.g., costing sheet, workman sheet details, order quantity and delivery date

Taiwan

- In charge of prototype samples and clarified design details with clients if any questions from factory.- Follow up sample status and ensure timely delivery as per client’s requirement. - Arrange raw material purchasing, e.g., fabric, accessories and packages and do sampling instantly.- Maintain CRM system for inventory control of garment fabric, accessories and related packing materials.
