As a Senior Product Designer, I contribute to the development of a user-friendly web and mobile application for the Drinking Water industry. I lead the creation of a streamlined water administration system, overseeing user testing, innovative design exploration, and delivering pixel-perfect designs using Figma. With a design thinking approach and a strong focus on user-centered design, I strive to enhance the Klir experience with thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

I was responsible for the redesign and design improvement projects, using data-driven decision-making for the Loyalty industry. I employed design thinking approaches to conduct research, user testing, and generate ideas for enhancing user interfaces with Figma. I had a collaborative role with the design and product teams, introducing new methods and techniques to optimize the designers' daily workflow.

I created an e-commerce platform to enhance the user experience in the online education industry. I translated concepts into personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for intuitive experiences. Notable projects include end-to-end web and app designs, optimizing e-commerce funnel conversions, and developing service blueprint maps. My focus is on delivering innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth in online education.
