Supported the development of the UNICEF grant and pioneered the first implementation partner manual and toolkit.Served as the project lead for IJM’s UNICEF grant and oversaw the mentoring and capacity building through the training and provision of technical support to two (2) implementing partners, and the drafting, reporting and submission of quarterly reports. Served as a liaison between the IJM justice projects team and implementing partners team on all case management activities in relation to the UNICEF grant.Supported the Aftercare team to identify and provide alternative sustainable livelihoods for families of child trafficking survivors such as setting up small businesses.Assisted the HR department in identifying gaps in processes and creating a roadmap to standardize operations within the department.

Represented IJM on the Executive Committee of the 24-member organization, Coalition of NGOs against Child Trafficking (CNACT), facilitated training, provided leadership and coordination support, identified capacity building and technical assistance initiatives, and potential sources of funding and grant proposals. Served as IJM Ghana’s Partner Field Office Host for two (2) years and provided video and written content regarding the work of IJM to donors who provide funding to IJM Ghana.Provided digital communications support to the IJM regional team, created content, managed social media pages, reviewed PR materials such as press releases, and ensuring are in compliance with IJM messaging IJM.Liaised with the Ghana Aftercare team and Regional Communications team to compile more than 10 stories with survivors of trafficking and partners of IJM for the 2020 and 2021 Content Bank stories and facilitate training on communications for implementing partners.Served as member of IJM team that coordinated the production and release of The Justice Song which currently has more than 20,000 views on YouTube.Collaborated with varying departments and regional team members to develop advocacy goals and conduct stakeholder mapping/analysis. Assisted in creating information, education and communication material for the IJM Ghana office such as brochures, client stories, Blue Day press releases etc.
