• Handled a large team size of 400 members in Quality, Production and Dry Process simultaneously with a production capacity of about 10000~ Denims per day• My Major Objective here was to bring in optimum utilization of the available resource with minimum given working hours to stream line the finishing process. This Objective was achieved in less than 6 months along with cost saving and was well appreciated for this achievement• Skilled on technical movements concerning denim styles along with process settings right from development to improvisation. • Implementing lean systems approach for achieving the shortest possible cycle time by eliminating the process waste through continuous improvement method• 5s methodology applied to have standard approach towards process and thereby achieved end results• Introduced new revolutionary machines and provided on the job training to the employees

•Independently handled complete operations as far as the quality is concerned (vertical Set-up). Controlling multiple manufacturing units with a production capacity of 20,000 units per day with a team size of 120 members•Pin Setting as per YKK standards, Needle detection with 9-point system, button pull testing, poppers settings for Baby Garments are major check points and action plans performed.•Played an vital role during Conveyor system implementation, training and production by achieving 99.95% OQL. •Performing people management roles from daily team meetings, goal settings, training and mentoring team members•Creating an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, brain storming sessions and cohesive team effort while motivating the team to achieve production objectives•Assisted factory for setting up in-process quality control system, by ensuring the factory was in-line with current procedures and compliance requirements as per the customer standards.•Played an independent role in decision making on daily quality issues like Sample fabric, Bulk fabric, colour continuity and Trims approval during production sampling•Conducted various lab tests as per the buyer requirements for the fabric & garments at various manufacturing stages like Colour fastness test, GSM, Shrinkage & Dimensional test, Strength & Stretch test•Monitored production quality in factory. Assisted factory managers to solve problems and provided the Standard Operation Procedures for factory staffs and QC Departments as per the standard requirements.•To conduct Raw material (Fabric & Trims) inspections, Pre-production meeting, bulk cutting authorization procedure, size set procedure, conduct pilot run, 1st inline inspection, Pre final inspection and final inspection•Made a CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plan for submitting to buyers & customers•Providing approval for shipment documents (packing list, Carton dimension approvals) for internal and external audit
