Directing the activities and productivity of department. - Erection and Commissioning of DE-Inking Plant (KADANT LAMORT AND CELLWOOD SWEDEN) having capacity of 250 TPD.- Maintenance of Paper Machine having capacity of 225TPD.- In charge of receiving the drawing & documents from planning department; studying the drawings & related engineering documents and giving material requirement to client & Preparing work schedule for fabrication as per erection priority & front availability.- Accountable for planning & scheduling of the projects like 225 TPD Paper Machine and 250TPD De inking plant for paper production.- Executing the strategic plans for the processing while identifying & inspecting the incoming raw materials to ensure quality & cost efficient products.- Overseeing all phases of project execution; approved engineering/design changes, troubleshoot and resolved complex technical problems, consistently met project deadlines and highest possible quality standards.- Handling sites, coordinate project activities, and provide technical inputs.- Carry out survey and investigation of projects/schemes as per contract specifications.
