"Feminanci" – The Finance College for Women was established by the late Dr. Lili Nir in 2000 and remained active for a decade. Upon Lili's death, at the end of 2011, it was shut down while leaving behind thousands of graduates across the country and a clear legacy: the college had to open again and be fully active. Dr. Lili Nir founded the college after a personal crisis, during which she faced a severe economic situation as a result of a serious illness. Lilly realized that if she, an educated and independent woman, did not know how to manage her money correctly, therefore the crisis, it was almost certain that many other women could find themselves in the same situation.Our GOAL: To establish and operate Feminanci College as a new social and business venture for women. Our RATIONALE: To strengthen the economical independence and financial knowledge of women across Israel.

Years of experience in the organic products area – deep knowledge and understanding of the field, regarding organic consumable products -, as well as in retailing including purchase, marketing, import, export, organic inspection and authorization, as well as counseling, coaching and professional support in the field.

Marketing management, community relations, marketing communications (both within the company and outwards)

•Development of marketing strategy focusing on product accessibility and adaptation to the client. •Branding of the first product line, planograms design and visibility of sales stands.•Collaboration with nutritionists, regulation of the organic market, P.R., advertisement and branding companies, graphic designers and printing houses.
