• Lead the FP&A activities and processes: Preparing and coordinating LRP, Budget, forecasts and actual results of all P&L, B.S and cash elements. Managing the financial cadence- month end closing and provide managements a comprehensive and insightful analysis and presentations. • Demonstrate expertise in accounting (US GAAP): Providing professional accounting guidance, supervision, co-operation and support for local and global operations teams; developed accounting policies and guidelines to various business units’; Building accounting models to reflect financial performance and KPIs; approve non GAAP reporting for the operations business. • Lead Teva global operations strategic financial activities: Business partners to Teva Global Operations Strategy lead; financial evaluations of all strategic initiatives including M&A, closures, divestments, portfolio, etc. Initiate and work closely with the business on efficiencies projects to improve the business and financial performance. • Leading Teva Global Costing: Plan, lead and execute all costing activities; Support all units with costing methodologies, analysis and systems; Provide Operations management, Portfolio and sales units comprehensive and insightful costing analysis.• Cash Flow and Tax management: full control over cash and tax management (in value of $6B) including AP, AR, collections, developing systems, tools and processes to proactively improve cash performance. • Build and lead professional finance community: Standardize and streamline FP&A and cost accounting Planning and reporting, set clear and aligned methodologies across and business units; Set timelines, guidelines, templates, policies and best practices for processes and systems; Improve control and forecast accuracy.•Managing a team of ~20 employees (divided to 6 teams): Develop team members to ensure future business challenges can be met, and prepare top talent for future career opportunities; Define team R&R and improve team efficiency.

Finance consolidation, planning processes of LRP, AOP and quarterly monitoring and analysis; preparing the API products costing - establishing & cascading costing methodologies, governance, training and communications to all stakeholders.
