Responsibilities:- Develop monthly operating plan for production lines- Set production area performance standards and align organization- Leads problem solving activities for production. Coaches line managers and operators in process improvement- Consult with interdepartmental resources concerning problems affecting productivity, and take corrective action- Jointly develop with product availability resource (scheduler) the production schedule to meet weekly sales demand- Review and analyze production and downtime reports daily. Follow-up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate sources of downtime- Utilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the work- Conduct performance appraisal for the line supervisors and ensure it is done for the rest of the production area- Implement quality control measures to maintain product consistency. - Troubleshoot and resolve deviations from quality benchmarks.Impact: - Minimized the waste of time, rework material from 67% to less than 8% - Increasing the production rate by 287%

Responsibilities:- Leading 5 SML & RRPlast Extrusion production lines simultaneously with more than 56 operators over three shifts 24/7.- Ensure the Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles by minimizing the eight wastes- Ensure daily stock keeping at the production lines & Raw materials' staging area. - Make adjustments as necessary within specifications to improve the quality of products. - Make sure that the Hygiene Standards, food safety and ISO requirements and instructions are applied to keep the staff, machines and products safe and efficient.

Responsibilities:- Leading 10 thermoforming & Extrusion production lines simultaneously with more than 50 operators over three shifts 24/7.- Ensure the Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles by minimizing the eight wastes - Conduct daily safety walk-ins and ensure culture development through coaching.- Report in time all incidents and failures in the process area.- Ensure daily stock keeping at the production lines & Raw materials' staging area.- Make adjustments as necessary within specifications to improve the quality of products.- Discussing the weekly production plan with planning department- Make sure that the Hygiene Standards, food safety and ISO requirements and instructions are applied to keep the staff, machines and products safe.- Follow up the maintenance schedule with maintenance department to-do the preventive maintenance. Impact:- minimized the waste of time, rework material from 30% to less than 10%- raised the OEE from 56.6% to 69.8%
