• Involved in the project to construct 38 nos of Rice Storage Silos situated at Al-Hamad Port Qatar using slip-forming construction technique. Responsible for identifying, training and implementing standards and quality.
• Working on the design and build of slip-formwork system with proper approval and satisfaction from various third parties and making sure that the design is in accordance with the Urban Planning and Development.
• Chairing of various higher management meetings to explain about the slip-form operations.
• Training of various Site Engineers, Site Supervisors and Site Foremen about the slip-form operations through team building exercises, Tool Booth Talks, and In-house training.
• Ensuring that the project is in accordance with health and safety legislation.
• Directing tasks to a multi-disciplined team of staff.
