I am a very goal oriented individual and strive to better myself as an individual and employee. I also have a passion for people, especially if they are in need of something better or something new. My goal is to find employment that will allow me to utilize my customer support skills while helping me gain more knowledge within the realm of IT IT Service Management & Service Support. Currently I'm working on my CompTIA A+ certification to eventually pursue my CCNA certification. My objective with my career in IT is to always be moving forward and learning how I can help our community as well as others around me
