Ensuring full compliance of Client's/ Consultant's / Company’s Health & Safety Policy on the Project.• Supervising all the site safety officers and coordination with the consultants as well.• To advise on the provision a safe working environment for employees by adhering to the Company's safety standards and procedures.• Assist in the development of the Project Health and Safety Plan and monitor for its effective compliance.• Closelymonitorsiteactivitiesondailybasisandsubmitreports to the Project Manager. Prepare Job Risk Analysis.• ParticipateinWeeklyConstructionMeetingwithConsultant& Project Manager.• Ensure that accidents / incident investigation is properly carried out & advise Project Manager on short falls.• Prepare weekly / monthly health and safety reports.• Ensure that permit to work (PTW) is effectively carried out atworkplace.• Ensure that all documents are maintained up to date.• Evaluatingtheneedforandrequestingspecifiedsafety equipment.
