Systems Engineer supporting Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan region with the following responsibilities: 1. Consultant to the sales team and customers, advising best fit technical solutions throughout the sales process.2. Ensure that the sales teams and the customers across the region and externally are kept up to date with the latest technologies.3. Work on the project through the post sales phase after contract signature. In some case where project are handed over at the post sales phase need to manage handover from pre sale engineering activities to post sale engineering activities.4. Coordinate the interface between sales and pre sale engineering.5. Drive initiatives for the effective distribution of information & presentation material for key customers, based around specific customer requirements and/or, the latest technology offerings from Motorola.6. Assist in the development of strategic partnerships and qualification of business opportunities.7. Assist strategic partners to develop their technical capabilities.8. Detail Design including interaction with Network Planning Team, Radio Network Planning Team and Radio Network Traffic Team; provide equipment lists to Bid & Quote Teams (pricing); liaise with procurement and third party vendors to obtain detailed technical specifications and pricing.9. Design authority, review and sign-off of systems design for the team.10. Responsible for all technical aspects of proposal submissions; systems descriptions, system diagrams, technical point responses.11. General day-to-day technical support for small business opportunities and general day-to-day sales queries.
