First store for Food Quest under construction in U.A.E.Role & Responsibility:• To establish complete Supply Chain department in Line with existing Procurement policy of National Holding.• To stream line procedures and processes to smooth and cost effective opening of Restaurants across G.C.C. • Tender all existing Restaurants for complete renovation in lieu with Construction department.• Playing a major role in Construction by, Tendering Design consultant, Contractors, Fixed Assets and all external vendors. Analysing Tenders and recommending the same to Board members.• Tendering Marketing ,PR. And Media Buying Tenders with Top Agencies in Market.• Liaising with operations department to Pre-Qualify manufacturing Facilities across G.C.C by audits by Brand principles and Third parties.

Supply Chain Manager – GCC, F&B Div., Apparel Group, Dubai Sep., 2008 - till dateAs of date, Cold Stone Creamery and Tim Hortons are the brands managed by F&B Div of Apparel Group - the GCC Territory.Apparel Group : A fashion major with 600 stores across GCC, India, Europe & F.East Cold Stone Creamery : Is a $1.4 Billion USA group with 5000 stores around the world. 30 Stores across GCCTim Hortons : Is a 4th largest QSR globally. A $4 Billion Canadian major with 4000 stores in USA & Canada. 3 stores under construction and schedule to open the first store on 5th Sept., 2011Joined as Area Manager, to oversee expansion of Cold Stone Creamery - Kuwait and Qatar and to design and implement Operational Procedures and System for GCC. Within a Year promoted as Supply Chain Manager – GCC, after successfully accomplishing the said task. Always been reporting to General Manager.Responsibilities• Vendor Management – develop vendors both domestic and international, trade-off Product & Quality with cost and time benefits.• Logistics and Distribution Management.• Procurement Systems & Procedures.• Warehouse & Inventory Management• Costing and Recipe management.
