Responsible for the initiation, maintenance and follow-up of Business Cycle, Standards Management and commercial policy processes in the assigned store. Guarantee Standards Management are implemented, the reports are accurate and the filing is done according to the standard procedures. Draw a yearly action plan to be reviewed monthly according to the priorities of the store and follow-up its implementation. Ensure the standard organization for the commercial offices and warehouses. Ensure the implementation of all international policies and procedures in line with the strategy on store level and recommend areas for improvement if and when needed. Develop and maintain monthly reports of key business indicators, analyze the data and propose corrective measures with the report to the management. Anticipate risks and raise awareness while proposing best practice activities to keep market leader position. Carry out regular audits with the Management team, develop action plans based on the results of the audit and ensure the implementation of agreed activities.
