Current• Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions• Adjust coaching techniques, based on the strengths and weaknesses of players• Keep abreast of changing rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to the sport• Evaluate athletes' skills and review performance records to determine their fitness and potential• Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare athletes for games, competitive events, or tours• Liaison for the parents of players to provide information and answer questions• Hire, supervise, and work with extended coaching staff• Develop and arrange competition schedules and programs• Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of opposing teams to develop game strategies• Select, acquire, store, and issue equipment and other materials as necessary• Manage a children's football program in partnership with Hollandse Club SingaporeAchievements• Singa Cup 2014, Anza Under-14 – 2nd Runner Up• Overall Southeast Asia Cup 2013 Champions for Under-13, Under-15 & Under-18 for the first time in 27 years• Finished 1st in the Goal Arena League - 2013• Finished 5th in the Goal Arena League – 2012• Goal Arena League Challenge Cup Champions – 2012• Finished 7th in the Goal Arena League – 2011• Goal Arena League Challenge Cup Champions – 2011
