Job Scope:Supporting Customers in SAAS Applications- Handle Customer calls and emails reporting on issues with SAASapplications, mainly on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace- Assist in guiding Customer to set up user licenses in Microsoft 365 andGoogle Workspace- Assisting Customer in password issues for their email accounts- Assisting in basic troubleshooting of email issues- Assist in whitelisting of email address or domains- Assist customer in logging support cases with Microsoft 365 email issues- Assisting Customer in updating DNS records for domains
