In PMO - COO’s Office, we focused on problem solving, continuously improving business operations to maximise efficiency, growth and profitability, and ensuring a good cup of coffee is delivered to our customers.-Facilitate interdepartment communication, stakeholder management-Execute & monitor cross-functional projects (ZUS Straws, Packaging revamps, Asset Tagging, Business Process) -ESG & Sustainability projects(Project iOT, Tree Planting, Recycling, Coffee Ground Up-cycle, University Employer Programme, CSR etc)

Handles different internal projects:- Managed 130 outlets on transition to a user friendly operation platform for better communication, ticketing system, and easier day-to-day task checklist.- Conducted internal annual events - Projects delivery before passing down to BAU team.

Currently handling on:- Channel management - Underwriting - Projects delivery; works collaboratively with internal department (Sales, Marketing, IT etc)- Business Development- Oversee end to end project process
