Key responsibilities:• Implementation of the Company's strategy to work with distributors;• In co-operation with Supply/Logistics/CS develop, implement and continuously improve the most effective Route-to-Market of PC and Food products from Mars DCs to Distributors, Retail Chains and other direct clients.• Plan, monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets (margin, volume growth, overdues, etc.);• Manage value growth, with a deep understanding of value generation and financial dimensions (value drivers, P&L impact of integrated offers etc.);• Understand distributors’ immediate/long term needs, business models, value drivers, challenges and opportunities to tailor offers and services to capture their businesses;• Ensure each Distributor is aligned in goal, capability, business focus and capital resources to maximize company business and agree a multi-yearly Business Plan that is fully aligned with Marketing strategy and targets, and deliver activities that allow to deliver performance and to develop profitable and sustainable business for both Company and Distributors.;• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions to assist sales in resolving complex issues and improve Distributors and Customers satisfaction.;• Link business plans to external alignment and shared vision. Review and identifying distributor capability assessment current versus future and developing actions on gap closure.;• Provides full support to BP process;• Provides/Takes advantage of Knowledge sharing and learning.• Development of relationship with customers through functional reporter and directly;• Negotiations with strategic distributors with regular review of shared business.• Member of RTM Sales Operation Team
