- Work as the inaugural lab manager in Dr. Rong Wang's Network Dynamics for Social Change Lab to manage lab logistics, coordinate projects and communication, and research and implement best practices and initiatives.- Conduct extensive literature review and code social media content for StopAsianHate project that focuses on Asians' use of identity languages to raise awareness about racism.- Collaborate with researchers from other universities on contacting, collecting, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from refugee-serving nonprofit organizations in Nashville to assess their social influence.- Examine and investigate using case studies and content analysis of the survey data and network dynamics of prominent technology companies’ corporate social responsibility initiatives in supporting journalism and combating AI-led misinformation and fake news.

- Assist the Office of Undergraduate Admissions with answering Slate emails and phone calls, checking in visitors for daily information sessions and responding to their questions, and leading campus tours and student panels.- Shadow and work with various areas of OUA (Comms, DEI, Recruitment, VESAM, etc.) to gain a deeper understanding of the office and all things admissions.- Intern with the international recruitment team to advise on recruitment strategies and implement yield programs to increase yield and retention rates.- Present Information Sessions to 200+ prospective students and parents weekly.- Serve on the Anchor Day Student Board to plan, organize, and lead virtual and in-person admitted student events for 1,000+ guests each to enhance the Vanderbilt experience by collaborating with Deans and Provosts.

- Coordinate IOL selections in the spring semester.- Review and complete approval process of the written application and scoring rubrics in consultation with the adviser.- Coordinate with the public relations chair to: align messaging and marketing for IOL applications, recruit select populations, and design and coordinate special programs or workshops to prepare students for IOL applications and interviews.- Coordinate and facilitate logistics not handled by professional staff related to scheduling interviews and maintaining databases for selections purposes.- Participate in the recruitment campaign for IOLs.- Assist in reading applications, participating in interviews for IOLs, and selecting IOLs.- Design and implement the spring meet & greet event.- Assist the training chair and adviser in the implementation of spring and fall training. - Assist the Dean in the implementation of select International Student Orientation events.

- Helping with the design, development, and coordination of initiatives, related supporting materials, and governance in support of achieving Southwest’s Employee experience vision; analyzing Employee feedback and data to glean insights; helping identify potential solutions to mitigate Employee pain points or drive engagement; collaborating with peers and Leaders to develop and execute solutions to improve the Employee experience.- Assist with obtaining Voice of Employee through a variety of methods (i.e., focus groups, surveys, brainstorming sessions, other research methods), synthesize the results, and apply insights to work deliverables or Team projects.- Help develop and refine Employee experience artifacts and tools to add value to our internal Customers (personas, dashboards, presentations, quick reference guides/job aids).- Assist with internal communications by identifying opportunities to share Employee stories that highlight moments along the Employee Journey and inspire Employee engagement.- Co-host Lunch and Learn to present emerging trends and innovative ideas in the Employee Experience & Change Leadership fields and deliver actionable recommendations on leveraging AI to allow Southwest to maintain a competitive edge.- Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for improvement and increase the visibility and engagement of Employee Experience offerings across the Company.

- Account maintenance of all job postings.- Screen, schedule, and confirm interviews with shortlisted candidates.- Update internal databases with information-sensitive documents.- Support a seamless onboarding/offboarding process of employees.- Collect information for Payroll - RTO and payable hours.- Prepare HR-related reports as requested.
