Responsibilities & Achievement： Direct report: 5--Team responsible for 6 entities GL job --Ensure month closing be done on time and effectively and prepare monthly/quarterly balance sheet fluctuation during closing --Continuously work with other team such as supply chain team, FP&A team or commercial team to improve process and work productivity --Ensure accounting and tax compliance along with audit, statutory filings and reporting --Ensure proper SOX compliance and appropriate financial regulations and controls exist --PwC audit adjustment review and local report review--Lead team on projects to improve daily job such as inventory E&O calculation, Demo following process, Accrual account related to commercial team, Balance sheet review and local report etc. --Improve team work capability by arranging some training, experience sharing etc --Encourage team, training team, make team stronger and stronger.

Direct report: 2--Work with sales, CSR and supply chain to regularly provide sales and booking FCST, Escalate risk Weekly --Provide sales report by variant aspects such as regional/vertical/key customer/sales manager weekly, show the clear visibility for the sales gap, risk, help sales team to achieve the target --Communicate with global division finance team about the sales trend and main drive for sales change --Communicate with sales team closely and gain commercial insights and understand their needs for achieving our target --Monthly/Quarterly closing: Review sales, material cost, expense analysis, AR, inventory analysis and FCST, E&O calculation and propose solution together with other teams --Attend sales meeting on regular basis, support critical business decision-making --Yearly: Prepare annual operation plan and data uploading

Report to shared service director, manage AP and Inter-company AR team for 6 entities, including trading company and plants, supervises 13 staffs. --Lead team to work with different department: buyer, logistic, sourcing, warehouse etc to make sure the timely and accurate payment --Review weekly RMB&FX payment --Review and approve team entries and corresponding vouchers according to TFS’ corporate policies; IC customer payment collection and application in order to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and TFS’ corporate policies. --Monitor closing activities including Inter-company AP and AR reconciliation in order to ensure that financial closing is complete in an accurate and timely manner. --Be responsible for periodical AP Aging analysis reporting, and review with team and other departments in order to ensure the actions are followed properly and completely; --Allocate work across direct reports, monitor and review their performance, mentor, develop and motivate them, and help resolve people/functional issue in order to achieve the targeted team performance and retain talent.--Build stronger AP team --Be responsible for maintaining and updating established AP policies and procedures;--Support to internal and external audit

Cost accountant, repot to Cost Manager-- Maintain, track and control the standard cost and moving average cost in SAP; -- Verify expense posting to ensure expense and overhead flow to the right cost center & profit center; -- Analyze monthly price variances & production variance. Correct abnormal variance. Ensure material movement and consumption is correct; --Generate financial analysis package covering material unit cost, labor & overhead, productivity, AP, AR & inventory turnover rate on monthly/quarterly basis; --Ensure monthly end closing timely; --Provide cost center report and revenue report and focus on 10% deviation and give detail analysis; --Provide quarterly forecast and involve in annual budget and upload to Hyperion system, --Follow AR application with correct authorization. Track if capital spending allied with AOP and involve in fixed asset management from capitalization to write-off --Work out a clear material movement policy including normal material movement procedure and abnormal material movement procedure e.g. scrap and inventory adjustment to intensify internal control; --Manage and involve in inventory and fixed asset physically counting; --Support to internal and external audit.

--Rotate 4 positions in less than 3 years in AP team, from PO invoice verification, expense booking, to RMB T&E and 3rd party payment and FX payment, and take over some GL works even during my gestation period. --Check expense and accrual account make sure all the expense are accurately booked and the accrual entries reversed accurately --Prepare FX and RMB payment (customs, bank slip, SAFE) and make sure they are compliance with companies’ policy; reconciliation with IC vendors monthly --Monthly report such as VAT, AP aging, GRIR Aging, other receivable Aging and trace to close the long pending items
