 Independently provide end to end hands on recruitment support across multiple functions, focus on commercial and supporting positions.  Closed more than 110 positions per year and control cycle time within 40 days in average. Involved in the process and policy creation after the new COE model & TA team set up. Ensure the full cycle recruitment process align the new one China HR operating model.  Partnership with internal and external stakeholders include but not limited to business leaders, hiring managers, HRBP, HRS and vendors to improve the entire recruitment process and drive high quality recruitment delivery.  Make channel usage effective and efficient for different level positions hiring, including 51jobs, Zhaopin, Liepin, Linkedin, Wechat etc. Provide advice on the channel promotions, cost, efficiency and usage feedback. Support graduate recruitment campaigns & EVP branding campaigns. Key user of Taleo system. Be the project owner of the temp transfer project. The contact window of collaboration with People Shared Service team and Rewards team. Participate in global projects of the Linkedin talent brand index measurement. As well as the local projects of internal referral promotion campaign both online & offline.

 In charge of the whole recruiting cycle, including talent sourcing and management for positions in Lighting and Health Care BU in China. By in-depth understanding job requirements, effectively & efficiently communicate the business needs with hiring managers to develop the staffing solution, plan, and ensure the deliverables.  Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates through the interview, identify candidate’s qualification from different channels (direct approach, professional job website, headhunter, 3rd party labor agencies, internal referral and job fairs.) Provide consultation on talent assessment and make hiring recommendations to line managers.  Maintain the recruitment data accurate and update in Taleo. Join the Taleo Go Live Training. Be responsible for recruiting channel management, like vendor and job board performance review and explore creative sourcing channels to meet critical business needs on time. Fulfill the recruiting process until probation assessment, including offer delivery, medical check informing, hiring material collection and on boarding procedure of new employees. Be the coordinator in the campus recruitment activities, including trainee’s headcount plan collection from business and campus talk organization, etc. Main Project: Play an active role in staffing projects, e.g. industry mapping of 60 companies and 600 candidates, campus recruitment campaign, interview skill training project to business.

 As a full-time intern, successfully hired 250+ employees in four Pavilions for the project of 2010 Shanghai World Exposition. Be responsible for exploring new searching channels, job posting, CV screening, candidate interview and offer negotiation.  Be responsible for the candidate sourcing and recommendation to clients by using different kinds of recruiting channels, including social media, websites, cold-call, campus campaigns and job fairs.  Maintain the database and tracking report, to build up the talent pool. All related HR operation process until on boarding procedure, includes licenses, shift and orientation arrangement etc.
