I am in the line of making people and organisation better. As an internal OD consultant, I work on organisational restructuring, change management, organisation diagnosis, organisation design and development. In recent times, I completed a major organisational restructuring in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic. I also worked on refreshing organisational culture, and building service journey capabilities within corporate services to improve employee experience. Currently working on organisational transformation to shape a future-ready workforce and create enabling conditions for innovation. To strengthen a digital culture across organisational lines, I have also set up a community of practice for data science practitioners with like-minded partners. Key activities include regular technical brown bags and hackathons. Within my organisation, I also partner my IT colleagues in applying a change management approach to enable adoption of digital tools, including establishing new ways of working. Also responsible for fostering a sense of purpose and growth from an organisational alignment lens. This is done through facilitating conversations among senior leaders, enabling business units to develop their corporate work plans, and leveraging internal platforms to strengthen purpose and growth in the workforce.
