She found synergies between the company and the government departments and sponsors, initiated CSR projects for newly born children disease prevention across the country, and established a network covering 500 hospitals in China, which laid foundation and worked as an umbrella for the business. 2. Developing new media products and operate the database of 1.3m members. 3. Managing editorial content, marketing and sales, hospital channels, and directly manage big clients accounts. P&L responsibilities.4. Introducing RCS resources which fit Chinese market and find suitable partners, for example launching parenting video channel with the biggest Chinese online video platform youku.com, and working with WeChat for MI Parenting Fair which was the first online to offline parenting fair in China.
