Create requisitions for approval.· Performing ongoing analysis on project costing, vendor market and vendor performance to source· Sourcing and set up new vendors also training them familiar with ATS’s scorecards and KPIs· Maintain contacts with vendors to make sure the terms have been updated timely and resolve any discrepancies· Apply 5S in the workplace to remove any waste in the operation process· Support in coordination and execution of special projects for the implementation of new or revised production process and/ or technologies· Participate in CI and SOPs to prepare quality system documents.· Maintain cooperation with other departments and participate in cross-function departments’ activities· Sending RFQ for strategic sourcing, release purchase PO· Communicate with appropriate personnel of any deviation from agreed purchasing order and preparing reports and data as required· Managing reversed logistic, building 2 inventories· Resolving invoice discrepancies,· Attending regular CI meeting to reduce any non-value-added process· Maintaining and sending Vendors’ performance matrix and cooperating with vendors to figure out the root cause and corrective action should be taken
