Current• Designed a silicon-based optical chip for tuning laser spectrum, incorporating a ring resonator, Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI), coupler, splitter, and directional coupler (DC).• Developed a highly accurate wavelength detector utilizing an MZI and photodetector (PD).• Created the chip layout using IPKISS, a Python-based design software.• Collaborated with the testing team post-fabrication to conduct thorough testing and analyze data, identifying design issues.• Drafted multiple patent proposals and supported the patent application process.
