Accountabilities: Report to the China FAE team and functionally to regional Licensing sales team. Act as bridge of Dolby and licensee, responsible for supporting TVs, STB and other licensees to integrate Dolby Audio&Dolby Atmos technology into consumer products efficiently, continuously improving the product Audio Quality, involved in the whole licensee R&D cycle from the projects initialization to product mass production.Cooperate closely with Dolby Licensing Sales, continuously promote Dolby Audio&Dolby Atmos technology, through technical support, Acoustic tuning, customer workshop, demo, Expo and etc. Accomplishments: - Support Dolby Atmos design-in and design-win on Skyworth, Changhong, Konka and etc over 10 licensees. The attach rate of my licensees Dolby Atmos technology grows from 0 to near 50%, and near 100% in domestic Mainstream TV. - Support Dolby SDK development, push the SDK optimization. The optimized SDK reduce licensee about 25% test workload (1-3 working day) and evaluation cycles, save licensees’ project cost, also relieve Dolby support effort effectively.

Accountabilities: Reported to the China FAE team and functionally US Application Engineer team.Worked with China Test Center team, supported over 80% worldwide in-lab Dolby Audio product evaluations, responsible for evaluation execution, report writing, issue debug, problem solving and data analysis. Cooperated with Dolby Solution Engineer team, responsible for evaluations execution, communication and support for over 20 Dolby professional Encoder, Transcoder products for the Studios, TV stations and content makers.Accomplishments: - As Chief member, set up Dolby China Test Center in 2011, took over Dolby Audio evaluation business, 2 months ahead schedule. - Helped licensees to improve the evaluation efficiency, reduced the turn-around time significantly, up-to 50%, increase customer satisfaction. - Set up Board program, helped board ODM (e.g. CVTE, CultraView ) on Dolby Audio technology integration. This program significantly improved the Board quality and Dolby audio attach rate, enabled lots middle and small ODMs to become Dolby licensees.

This lab saved company about 100k USD setup budget and 300k USD certification expense every year. - Cooperated with field ODM T&W, manage Power Line Communicator projects, supported 3 products launched in market successfully.
