  - Lead and Manage New Product Industrialization. - Ensure project introductions into Tier 1, achieves cost, quality, inventory, production forecast levels and time goals. - Engagement in product definition and product specification to address manufacturing issues. - Ensure Statement of Work is in place. - Ensure that all Engineering requirements are fulfilled including full documented preparation of the assembly lines, manufactured components, test equipment, manpower sizing and all associated items required. - Ensure that the Supply Chain is prepared to achieve the project documented goals. - Ensure that the supplier has the necessary tools to absorb the new product and achieve goals relating to production, inventory, quality and cost/productivity. - Guard dog for adequate manufacturing maturity of a product before it goes into the various builds. - Approval of build readiness. - Owner of project Engineering Change Order’s after documentation release. - Manage the capacity of testing equipment and assembly fixtures in all Tier 1 suppliers.- Monitor and maintain the life of fixtures and equipment. Ramp up production with capacity allocation, safety stock set-up, assembly duplication and quality test plan implementation.
