Cybernaut is a well known investment firm with 10 years of history that manages $30 billion (or CNY 200 billion) asset in China and outside. It covers all investment stages with a focus on IPO, M&A, industry consolidation and evolution. I lead the investment initiatives and portfolio management for HR technology and services, while participating projects in Cloud IT, Education, Industry 4.0/2025, and Internet+/O2O.In the second half of 2017, I helped Cybernaut establish a JV in Cloud Technology and HR Services. I lead the new company win the first couple of contracts, the largest of which brought in a monthly revenue of $16M with a Cloud based BPO service contract for a group of 40,000 field reps.

As a Chinese company, a significant part of revenue comes from overseas. In Q3 of 2011, ZTE invested in the Vispractice. ZTE is a publicly traded high-tech company with an anual turnover of $13B. I recently acted as the leader for pre-sales and professional services for the application software business of ZTE ICT for the overseas market.

EDS Systemshouse was the result of EDS’s acquisition of SHL Systemshouse based in Toronto Canada. Kevin Spent most of the time working on site at the customers' offices for IT projects.
