ABOUT MY AERAAngouleme’s rich architectural heritage and atmosphere of dolce vita makes it really special with sloping cobbled streets, where you can enjoy a stroll.The city is also famous for its vintage car races – Circuit des Remparts – and its comic strip festival.Charente river and its hundreds of meanderings offers so many opportunities for sharing a familly picnic, or having a swim during hot afternoons in summertime.We are ideally located : 1 hour ½ driving to the atlantic ocean and sandy beaches and Bordeaux city and we have convenient links to Loire Valley , Paris and the UK, either by train or by plane.Charente is definitively a nice and lovely place to live in, either for holidays or as permanent residence. Pure bliss !ABOUT MEI have been living in Charente for 12 years now, and I love this part of France.I have had the opportunity as a frenchman to become immersed in anglo-saxon culture from an early age, and thanks to regular and frequent stays in the UK, I feel comfortable in both countries.I developped a close affectionate bond with England as well as learning to speak English proficiently simultaneously.I have lived in different part of France (Paris area and several other places), and I had the opportunity to come in Charente a few years ago.There, the peaceful conserved beauty of landscape, rivers, impressed me.In Charente the mild climate in winter and bright sunny summers give us a holiday atmosphere, and looking at roof tiles and vegetation make you feel like you live in the south.I have been longing to work for an Estate agency for several years. I have always enjoyed and lived in ancient houses, and I have been fortunate to cross paths with Beaux Villages Immobilier : It enabled me to share my passion for houses and to keep working in an international environment.As a trainer, I am working closely with Sales Agents on the field to help them getting more mandates and improving their professional skills with a multi pronged approach.
