Built two new products, Financial Accruals and Royalty Management, from scratch. Optimized the development process through improving the continuous integration, adopting agile iterative methodology, streamlining build process, enforcing test-driven development, and initiating development performance measurement metrics.• Led application performance lab, run performance benchmarking and tuning. • Managed the development of Fusion Partner Relationship Management (PRM), a new initiative in Oracle next generation enterprise application. Built engineering team from ground up, motivated team to learn new technology, guided the technical design, adapted quickly to the changing requirements, and delivered the complex partner program and program enrollment features in 6 months• Led a large (20 team members) and geographic distributed engineering team to build the enterprise social network framework, the foundation of the Social CRM applications. Led the PSR (Performance, Scalability and Reliability) team.
