Currently pursuing the MBAi program at Kellogg School of Management and McCormick School of Engineering, Yan is positioned to lead innovation and create value for future clients by diving deep into their business and operational data, connecting the dots to unlock enterprise-wide insights and opportunities.In Yan's previous roles, he utilized next-gen analytics to enhance global product development at a global pharmaceutical company and provided strategic guidance to Senior Management Team on clinical trial regulatory affairs and project management at renowned Canadian research institutes. His extensive experience in managing hematology and oncology trials has honed his skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, product& project design, and budget negotiation. He has been involved in product development for a variety of product types, including pharmaceutical drugs, cellular therapies, medical devices, AI-based medical devices, SaMDs and natural health products. Yan brings extensive knowledge of Health Canada and FDA regulations and management expertise, coupled with a proven ability to solve complex problems and optimize project outcomes.
