It Supervisor
Current• Work closely with Group IT to implement and roll out the projects from global/local objective as well as ensure IT standards are in place and adhered to globally • Support the Group IT on making strategic IT decision and provide evaluation or advice for development or purchase of IT devices or technologies • Responsible for process defining, planning, implementing and optimizing in IT relevant fields• Analysis of business problems and user requirements in order to support the design and development of any application systems. • Verify the solution specification and ensure it is aligned with the users requirements specification• Drive the supplier selection and ensure the best ROI of the project• Participate in contract negotiation and administration• Communicate across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, as-requested by customer• Monthly Reporting and budget monitoring (projects and IT operational activities)• Manage the delivery of IT infrastructure and services delivered by internal or external IT supplier• Responsible for IT service level fulfillment. As a single point of contact for escalations and exceptions with regards to IT services• Manage IT environment to ensure data integrity, security, Virus protection, disaster recovery, Internet content filtering and data encryption.• Evaluate training needs and supervise all IT related training for end users
