Main Responsibility: Integration project of Stanley & GMT for both manufacturing and commercial; Strategy plan and execution; Continuous drive and improve the performance of gross margin, operation income, and working capital, etc; Lead and drive manufacturing excellence initiatives, focus on fill rate, cost down, quality improvement and EHS roadmap  Drive commercial channel integration and upgrade pricing structure. Be responsible for Internal control, improve internal process continuously, and conduct internal audit regularly; Be responsible for risk management and compliance management; Perform business model analysis for manufacturing and commercial optimization In charge of transfer pricing plan and tax planAchievements: Streamline the operation business process in 2 plants; Integration of GMT channel and Stanley Channel; Adequate result for compliance audit.

Main Responsibility: Supervise monthly and yearly closing； ensure the closing meets corporate deadline; Be responsible for costing management: supervise costing analysis to support cost reduction on operation; Be Responsible for inventory management: ensure inventory valuation is executed according to company requirements; compile monthly reporting metrics for inventory accuracy and performance of inventory reporting systems; Support internal and external audit and follow up execution of action plan after the audits; Formulate internal control processes and procedures to reduce operation risk; Cope with commercial and operation to prepare the annual Budget and rolling forecast. Taxation Achievements: Capex budget preparation and control for production volume ramp up project. Help Gemalto Shanghai increase module monthly capacity from 40M to 60M and card monthly capacity from 30M to 40M. True up standard costing methodology and define new cost structure. Add standard operation from 5 to 23, in order to meeting costing analysis requirement and new product introduction.
