• As a startup member ensure appropriate accounting structure setup for new business model. Conduct revenue recognition. Arrange tax compliance for emerging business.
• Work as a leading role for specific projects, such as entity merger and liquidation, fixed assets implementation in SAP, and intercompany settlement.
• Monitor APAC US GAAP and statutory daily transactions and reporting. Manage month-end close activities. (i.e. reconcile accounts, gather accruals, and variance reporting).
• Support business requirements to provide requested data/reports and detailed analysis.
• Work with Corporate finance team to enhance global implementation of financial policy and procedures and re-enforce related internal controls in APAC.
• Interaction with statutory auditors and internal auditors to meet SOX and respective audit requirements.

• Responsible for the initial set up of SAP. Perform a leading role in SAP project. Coordinate effectively with consultant in the US and take initiative in coming out solutions to meet company’s special needs..
• Manage US GAAP and statutory reporting of BJ, SH, Korea and Canada branches. Hands on performance and management of month-end close activities. Prepare financial reports and consolidation. Manage timely and accurate.
• Support business requirements for the responsible entities. Take charge of expenses and reimbursement. Including processing accounts payables, purchase order issuance, and other accounting and/or operational activities.
• Prepare monthly budget for cash wire from HQ. Analyze actual expenses, provide comparison and explain variance between actual and forecasted.

• Gather costs information for proper costs allocation purpose. Inventory management. Ensure appropriate booking for in & out.
• Control expenses according to budget, averaged monthly expenses to meet profit goals.
• Prepare financial reports and data sorting/summarizing for different demands.
• Responsible for tax filing like BT, VAT, IIT and CIT.
• Support statutory auditors to complete yearly audit.
• Manage accounts receivable and payables, processed employee reimbursements and cost allocation.
