Manage month-end close activities. Keep updated with changing accounting and tax requirements of US and statutory GAAP.

Coordinate effectively with consultant in the US and take initiative in coming out solutions to meet company’s special needs. Successfully launch SAP.• Manage US GAAP and statutory reporting of BJ, SH, Korea and Canada branches. Hands on performance and management of month-end close activities. Prepare financial reports and consolidation. Manage timely and accurate tax related filings.• Support business requirements for the responsible entities. Take charge of expenses and reimbursement. Including processing accounts payables, purchase order issuance, and other accounting and/or operational activities as needed. • Prepare monthly budget for cash wire from HQ. Analyze actual expenses, provide comparison and explain variance between actual and forecasted.
