• Formulated marketing campaigns (use of SRS funds) to accelerate the growth of digital channel; provided directions for UI/UX to improve customer journey during online purchase

• Product Implementation lead for complex product launches such as Income's first non-SGD product - 'Grandeur Solitaire (USD). Have successfully launched over 20 life and health products.
• Lead weekly discussion of the product implementation work group (PIWG) that comprises of over 40 members from various departments such as IT, Ops, Actuarial and Product team.
• Responsible for the development of product collaterals such as the policy contract (T&Cs) and policy schedule with consultation between cross-department partners such as Legal, Ops and Product team.
