Current• Team management in accordance with division strategy and objectives - task allocation, project management, and operational efficiency.• Preparation and management of the annual work plan - with a budget of 2 million NIS per year.• Managing CRM (Siebel), IVR (Avaya), and Bumpyard development tasks and delivery according to timelines.• Direct management of System Analysts/Project Managers.• Team training and mentoring while encouraging independence - conducting feedback and performance evaluations.• Managing the organization's systems and providing service to various work units and internal customers - establishing effective communication and promoting departmental efficiency improvement.• Managing a project with various government ministries (Ministry of Finance, Israel Land Authority, and Ministry of Justice) to create interfaces for direct actions for bank customers requiring mortgages, guarantees, etc. - the system works successfully since 2018.• Hands-on support 30% of the time.• Working with Agile methodology using Jira system.• Managing the team’s system development versions - including budget control.
