Emerging technology group has established emulsion polymer products line, such as friction reducers (FRs) and acid viscosifiers as the totally new products for the company. I have been working on laboratory scale synthesis and evaluation to large scale up step at the production plant. I have also been working on new alternative coating technology for encapsulation of gel breakers and Asphaltene inhibitors.

Jey oil company is asphalt plant of Isfahan oil refinery that manage privately. The laboratory of Jey Oil Company is internationally accredited in accordance with TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 and accredited by Institute of Standard and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI). I have worked at Jey Oil Refining Company as a supervisor and specialist in charge of laboratory of quality control and research and development. Performed tests according to global standards; American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), American Association of State Highway and Transportation (ASHTOO) and British Standards (BSI) and develop new test methods.Recording inspection and test data, such as weight, temperature, softening points, penetration grade, viscosity and moisture content. Documenting results of tests and analyses, writing technical reports and preparing graphs and charts. Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of final product. Determining manufacturing processes, remedial actions and product standards to meet ISO/TS 29001.

Analyzing product test results and operational data. Controlling and operating pumps, agitators, control valves and processing equipment to transfer, filter and mix hydrocarbon components. Assisting other personnel to maintain and operate refinery unit. maintaining equipment. Observed safety precautions to prevent fire and explosions in according to OSHA 18001 and ISO 14001. Recorded data in logs from instruments and gauges including temperature, pressure, materials, treating time and shift production. Observed gauges, meters, and panel display to monitor operating conditions such as temperature and pressure. Adjusted valves and controllers to maintain system within specified operating conditions.

Teaching mathematics classes and chemistry lab for students in various majors. Setting up chemistry lab for that branch and experimental procedure handbook for them.
