Goals:1) Daily Progress Tracking of Site Activities.2) Capturing the progress and preparing the flat wise work status weekly.3) Preparing micro schedules for critical activities in co-ordination with subcontractors and tracking on a daily basis.4) Providing Assistance for different management reports.5) Tracking deliverables and updating the status of GFC Drawings. Follow up with DnD department for timely delivery of drawings as per construction schedule.6) Updating and Tracking customer modification status. Reminding the concerned department to conclude the modifications in time to avoid delays.7) Working out the required quantities of flooring, fabrication, etc. for facilitating work orders / purchase orders.8) Working in coordination with sales department to track the progress of works in the flats that are to be handed over on priority.

In this role, we had been told to mentor the students from the new batch by giving them information about the academics, guiding them for choosing the right line of work for their professional journey.

This internship was part of my summer internship process at NICMAR Pune.In this period, I got to see the various activities that are performed on the site, viz.• Construction of Beams and Columns in the higher floors• Brickwork• Plastering• Painting• Construction of Ramps at the entrance• Electrification• Plumbing Works• Installation of Reinforcement in Beams and Columns• RCC wall for lift ducts
