Founded in 2015, Living To Change is a Non-Profit Organization that strives to equip every child in the country with skills relevant for them to perform to their fullest potential. More than 60% of the 260 million children in India are enrolled in the public education system but lack any kind of academic support, guidance, and mentorship. Designed Living To Change's Learning and Development Program to create a safe space for children from low-income communities to develop their personal, interpersonal, self-management, initiative, and delivery skills by enhancing their understanding of the English language. In my capacity as the Co-Founder, I lead the organization's efforts in facilitating partnerships, fundraising, and volunteer management.

Students, academic and business leaders are committed to using an entrepreneurial approach to build a sustainable community and resolve socio-economic challenges through social entrepreneurship.• Managed and led operations for each of Project Saarthi's 7 chapters; Project Saarthi is an initiative aimed at transforming unskilled women into English teacher entrepreneurs. In my capacity as the Executive Director of Operations, I conducted an on-ground assessment to test the viability of the project in under-resourced communities within the city. • Designed an operating model suitable for each community in collaboration with local bodies, NGO partners, and members of the community. • Created monitoring and evaluation tools and operating procedures to effectively measure the impact of the project.•Represented Enactus H.R.
