•Provide ongoing account management service and act as a secondary contact to assigned clients linked to assigned Account Executive(s) book of business. •Prior to renewal, prepare coverage checklist and update schedule of insurance in order to review account for possible re-marketing and to determine documents required before the renewal could be issued.•Process all renewals, invoice and issue declaration to client along with covering letter.•Prepare new business proposal including cover letter, comparison of coverage’s and payment details. Review new policy received for accuracy. Invoice and issue declaration to the client along with covering letter.•Process, invoice and prepare cover letters for all endorsements and cancellations and issue such declarations.

•Receive and record referral information that has arrived via an incoming telephone call, a fax, an e-mail, or a posting on the REI website.•Input referral information into company database, and maintain throughout the referral process until the file is closed.•Create hard copy of client files for records maintenance.•Arrange, schedule, and confirm appointments for assessments within specified time frame.•Prepare and send appointment confirmation notices to referral source, clients, lawyers, and evaluators.•Arrange, schedule, and confirm interpreters and transportation for clients, when necessary.•Confirm scheduled appointments with clients via telephone within specified timelines.•Receive client medical documentation from referral source, copy and send to the evaluators prior to assessment date for file review.•Confirm clients’ attendance at assessments, provide notification to referral source of no-show or consent refusal.•Follow up with evaluators for receipt of assessment report within specified timelines.•Contact the referral source to arrange follow-up appointment with client after initial report has been completed and sent.

•Create new employee folders and ensure that all the paper work is correct and complete and enter them in the employee paperwork database.•Maintain employee filing system.•Provide assistance with new hire orientation.•Administer recruitment tests and take interview notes for the interviewer. •Assist with status change and rejection letters.•Audit Pet Valu Warehouses for WHMIS regulated products and ensure that all locations have the most recent MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet).•Ensure that every Pet Valu locations (stores, warehouses, & head office) have the required number of people trained on First Aid. •Ensure that all the locations have the required First Aid supplies as regulated by the provincial law.•Prepare the quarterly turnover report according to Pet Valu procedures.•Member of the social committee and participate in organizing and planning corporate social events. •Back up receptionist for the main switch board.
