Currently, I am working at Salesken, a startup, where I have been actively involved in building the Salesken platform as a core member of the software development team.At Salesken, I contributed significantly to the development of the Cueing engine, an AI-driven sales enablement tool. This engine utilized semantic matching to provide real-time hints from audio streams between agents and customers. By leveraging semantic search techniques with Milvus and ElasticSearch, I played a key role in enhancing call outcomes and helping agents handle objections effectively. I successfully integrated the Cueing engine with the Salesken platform, contributing to the overall success of the company.During my tenure, I implemented ElasticSearch for the reporting API, resulting in a significant 80% increase in response times. I also integrated Salesken with various CRMs, dialers, and video conferencing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Just Call, Teams, Zoom, Ziwo, and more.
