I like to work in rural areas. Throughout my carrier, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find the answer to solve the problem of rural society. With my refined skill set, I try to bring change in rural areas with my innovative idea, initiative so that people can achieve good living standard and become economically strong. My always focus is on inclusive growth of the rural people which includes without harming environment, wildlife and natural resources.My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a lifelong learner. I am currently working in MPSRLM as a young professional (consultant) in which my area is institutional building and capacity building of three tier system in NRLM. Along with this I always interested to learn micro enterprise development, agriculture, skill development and micro finance which is also parts of NRLM.I have done PGDM (RM) from NIRD&PR. During my course I got the experience of different internship and field visits in different parts of India like Rajeevika, UPSRLM, and MPSRLM etc.My specialties :-+ Management Strategy+ Qualitative and quantitative Research+ Project Management+ Livelihood+ Financial management
