Strategically allocating the workforce based on expertise resulted in a 9% increase in production compliance and the implementation of lean manufacturing strategies at Force Motors, enhancing production efficiency across products such as Gurkha (4x4), Toofan, and Cruiser. Advanced problem-solving techniques were applied, yielding significant savings in costs, time, and materials. Integrating SAP systems at key assembly line stations led to a 12% raise in shop efficiency, while resolving electrical issues on the rectification line by consulting diagnostic manuals and referencing wiring diagrams. Maintaining PSQCDM and 5S benchmarks above 96%, continuous improvement initiatives like Quality Control Circle (QCC), KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, and SPC were advocated for, with expertise in FMEA, IATF-16949, EMS, and HIRA, emphasizing safety tool implementation. Additionally, responsibilities included preparing documentation such as Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), Overtime Punching on Oracle, and daily shortage reports updating, as well as presenting QCC’s, Design Modification Note (DMN), and Functional Activity Management Committee (FAMC) reports. Leading a team of 25 in the development of Gurkha's new innovative 5-door model production line, detailed SOPs were crafted and lean manufacturing strategies were implemented, achieving a total cost saving of approximately $15,000/year by deleting the bracket used for mounting the bumper number plate light.
