Oversee the resolution of complex employee relation matters, performance management issues,policy violations and interpretation and investigation of colleague complaints and or conflictresolution on behalf of the company.● Responsible, planning and conducting complex sensitive employee concerns andinvestigations● Provide expert consultation, guidance and coaching to leaders on high risk complex issuesto address employee behavior and performance concerns● Manage metrics and report analytics on colleague relation activity Monthly OperationsMeeting (MOR)● Unemployment facilitator for the organization● Prepare reasonable and independent investigation summaries for internal and externalstakeholders to close out ER cases● Consult with Legal Counsel on Employee Relation issues and attend mediations and depositions for the company as needed.

Facilitate Human Resource activities by working with other functional leaders and HR managers to support business objectives. Aligning staff to business objectives● Strategic planning initiatives● Advise managers on employee relation issues/conduct investigations● Provide guidance on Performance Management Process● Consult HR Manager with ensuring practices comply with the law● Conduct new hire orientation and training

• Effectively review and process HR service requests and transactions, such as: personal data, pay data,and position data changes, performing mass data changes as the situations arise|. • Collect, tag, and file all of the necessary supporting documentation that are related to HR servicerequests and transactions. • Support the Talent Acquisition and Staffing Services’ Managers in their efforts to coordinate the workactivity for department. • Provide Level 2 customer service support for health ministries and their associates resolving any issuesor errors; Successfully handle most non-routine issues, escalate issues that cannot be resolved tomanagement.
