In this role I'm in charge of PR strategy implementation, media relations, content creation, event management, recognition management as well as SMM and some internal comms. Some great things achieved: — launched a one-of-a-kind Telegram channel of the department called @ekomnata. It is devoted to the latest B2B & e-commerce agenda and I help the followers count increase by 15% each month; — helped the department team win top places in a number of top-tier awards with its industrial B2B e-commerce project, such as the international CX Awards, RetailTECH Awards, etc;— regularly secured publications in such tier-1 media as Kommersant, RBC Pro, Vedomosti, etc; — created and released several dozens of unique articles, case studies, interviews, comments, blog posts, Telegram posts that align and boost the PR strategy of the department; — managed the creation of dozens of proper blog articles according to the SEO-principles, leveraging a team of external and internal collaborators; the list goes on, including e-mail newsletter creation, abundant content creation, event management, etc.

A short experience in which I took a foray in B2B-events creation, where I was in charge of the PR-support of the events. As well as: — promoting Telegram channels and podcasts created and owned by the agency;— creating landing pages, newsletters and ad creatives using online platforms like Tilda, Canvas, etc;— liaising with third-party contractors like editors, photographers, etc;— engaging in light SMM-activities.

I was an editor of in-house media truedigital.ru, managing agenda, content, posting and distribution as well as implementing other PR activities. For ex.:— created around 300 articles, news pieces, case studies, newsletters, op-eds, posts, reviews and other types of content under the roof of owned media of the agency, — helped several offline industry events happen in terms of on-site management so that around 100 guests had a good time every time;— interacted with numerous journalists, experts, opinion leaders contractors and others;— maintained the PR calendar, developing and implementing internal PR projects;etc.

A full-time PR position for an interior design studio in Russia. Brand awareness objectives that include:—an extensive market research, target audience analysis (needs/demands), identification of unique selling points;—content marketing & copywriting: I produce website content such as expert articles, portfolio description, Instagram content (feed posts, Stories, etc). —targeting campaigns via Facebook Ads Manager;—press relations & community management.
