After completing my graduation in Economics from Fergusson College, Pune University in First division, I collected a two year work experience in B2B business in a Pune based company - working closely with clients like Ion Exchange, Thermax, Forbes & Forbes Marshal etc. supplying products for setting up water treatment plants - on a Pan India basis.This job experience gave me the opportunity to develop our distribution and customer service strategies with Marketing and Product development teams. I have also successfully completed my summer internship at Titan - (Tanishq / GoldPlus jewellery division) last summer (April-June 2015).This internship gave me an opportunity to achieve the following:-a. Learn how to assess the market potential for any product / brand in a given marketb. Identify the key success factors for a product /brand in different markets.c. Suggest retail strategies and for long term sustainability of business.As a result of my two year work experience in B2B business, a useful summer internship in TITAN, and by working as the President of the Marketing Club at NMIMS -I have been able to develop the following abilities :-1. The ability to identify changing customer needs and align quickly with a multi disciplinary team of Sales/ Marketing /Product Development/ Customer service /Finance teams- to find quick resolutions to meet changing customer requirements.The above was achieved through my two year work experience.2. The ability to work independently in a market with no direct supervision, and use the assigned tools to assess market potentials and recommend short term and long term retail strategies.The above was achieved through my summer internship in TITAN3. Ability to work with large teams of individuals (Students, Vendors, Corporates & Educational institutes - successfully organise Pan Indian participation in Marketing events)This was achieved through the opportunity to work as the President of the Marketing club at NMIMS.
