My Roles and Responsibilities Organizing and overseeing the operation and maintenance of Machine shop and foundry process plant. Provided professional engineering support while monitoring important parameters at plant and suggested corrective measurements Inspected finished products for quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards Also Supervising and improving production at Machine shop, reporting issues to the manager Collaborated with engineers and designers to provide feedback for product improvements. Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them. Read and interpreted blueprints, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances.

We are a group of highly passionate undergraduate Engineering students from Sinhgad Academy of Engineering, Pune, who work with an Aim to DESIGN and MANUFACTURE multipurpose All-Terrain Vehicle. Every year, we participate in National and International level Student Design Competition like BAJA SAE INDIA. The main objectives behind BAJA SAE was to design, build and race off-road vehicle withother students across the globe to develop skills like Manufacturing, assembly, project management, budgeting, communication, teamcollaboration, applying industry rule and regulations, design, build and test the performance of real vehicle, develop and prepare technical documentation.Driven by the Passion to Explore and Innovate, every season, the team designs and manufactures the whole vehicle from scratch. This helps the members to gain Industrial level knowledge and experience, making them ready for the world earlier than the rest of the crowd.Individual Role: Worked primarily on the breaking system of the vehicle along with leading and guiding thegroup as a head of breaking department. Prepared the plan for sales and manufacturing of the 2000 ATV (Allterrain vehicle) for plan B competition, Worked and presented Cost, weight analysis and Design validation plan
