As for the Sports Director position within Rotaract, it plays a crucial role in organizing and promoting sports-related activities and events for members. This role involves planning and coordinating sports tournaments, fostering teamwork and healthy competition, and encouraging physical well-being among members. The Sports Director contributes to the social and physical development of Rotaract members while enhancing the overall Rotaract experience by fostering camaraderie through sports.

1.Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/ upgrades to current gym members along with other income( Corporate sales, PT training, Events, Marethon)2.Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales.3.Responsible for the Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling.4.Responsible to enter all details of customers, walks ins, customer enquiry etc in the CRM Software.5.Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members are regular in using the gym
